News, features & blogs

Create informative and timely news & features articles and keep everyone up-to-speed with all that’s going on in your business. Interactive features such as comments and reactions, allow your audience to get involved in the conversation and add to the authenticity of the story. Comments can be pre-moderated, or turned off completely if not required.

Push notifications

Companyapp makes it easy to send push notifications to all users of the system – to groups of users – or even to individuals if required. Notifications can include a ‘payload’, so that when the user clicks on the message – they are sent directly to a specific page within the app.

Events diaries

A section of the app to publicise events, conferences or any promotional campaigns that are relevant to your business. Use categories to sort items into internal / external, or by division or department. Events can be created directly in the system or integrated with a third party system that you already use.

Surveys & webforms

This is a powerful feature of the system where administrators can create a wide variety of data capture forms. All of the normal elements are available: text entry, checkboxes & radio buttons, multiple choice drop-downs, star ratings etc. Once a user has filled out and submitted the form on the app – all the data is sent back to the system where admins can view / export or download it.

Polls & user feedback

A section in the app to allow the creation of any number of opinion polls to capture votes on different topics. After submission, users can see the results instantly, as a bar chart. Content editors can link to polls from other sections of the app – news articles for example – to add interactivity to a story.

Contributions & forums

There is a dedicated ‘Contribute’ section in the app for users to upload their own stories and content. All submissions are pre-moderated before being published. There is also a fully threaded forum (discussion board) where users can post topics for discussion with colleagues.
